The Financial Condition Report (“FCR”) is produced in accordance with the Insurance (Public Disclosure) Rules 2015 (the “Rules”) under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978 and related regulations, as amended (the “Insurance Act”), and the Insurance (Group Supervision) Rules 2011. This report outlines the financial condition of FGH Parent, L.P. (“FGP”) and its subsidiaries (together with FGP, collectively, “Fortitude Re” or “the Group”). These financial statements represent the financial position and results of operations of Fortitude Re on a HGAAP basis rather than the financial position and results of operations on a U.S. GAAP basis.
