Caroline Foulger is an experienced independent director in financial services based in Bermuda. She serves, or has previously served, on several publicly listed and privately held companies in the property and casualty insurance and reinsurance sectors, the life and annuity reinsurance sector and private equity related investment entities since 2012. Prior to that, her executive career was primarily spent as a partner with PwC where she was the insurance and reinsurance industry leader in Bermuda where she worked with clients ranging from start ups through to established public entities listed either on the SEC and subject to the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley or on the UK Stock Exchange and was a member of the global firm’s Insurance Leadership Committee. As well as joining the Board, Caroline is also be a member of the Audit Committee, the Life & Annuity Committee and the Risk & Capital Committee at Fortitude Re.

Caroline is a graduate of the University of London and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England & Wales.
