Neville Grant serves as a Director of FGH Parent and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Bermuda Bankers Association. Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Grant served as Chief Executive Officer of Bermuda Commercial Bank. He also held several senior leadership roles at HSBC Bermuda, including Head of Corporate Banking, Head of Payments and Cash Management, and Vice President of Strategy and Analytics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Grant served as General Manager of the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation.

Mr. Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Andrews University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Webster University. We believe Mr. Grant is a valuable member of our Board due to his extensive executive leadership experience and deep knowledge of the financial services industry.
